PYE | Ordering Process

Here's a quick overview of how to order and when - if you had any questions or just wanted to talk you ideas through just send me an email and I can book a consultation.

Book a consultation via my contact page, once I’ve received the details of our consultation you’ll be issued with a Wedding Stationery Enquiry Questionnaire so I can get to know what you would like to achieve. 

If you have any queries you’d like to discuss that aren’t answered in my FAQ’s, get in touch via my contact form or email (hello@designbypye.com). I always aim to reply within one working day, but it may take a little longer during busy periods.

Once I have your Wedding Stationery Enquiry Questionnaire, and I know what it is your trying to achieve with materials and foiling I will provide an Invoice which itemises everything including the final costs – This will include a copy of my Wedding Stationery T&C’s.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, the full payment can be made via BACS.  You’ll be asked to make payment of this prior to any design work commencing.

After payment has been made, I’ll begin on the design work. You’ll initially receive via email a PDF presentation mock up which shows everything you’ve ordered including your personalisations, this is classed as a first draft. Once you’ve seen the first drafts of your final customised design, you’ll be given two opportunities to make any amendments. Any additional changes are chargeable at £45 per hour.

You should thoroughly proofread all information they intend to include in their artwork prior to sending to PYE to incorporate in their design. A further proofread should be done once the you have received the design. Any mistakes noticed after completion are not PYE’s responsibility. Any amendments will be charged at the hourly rate of £45 per hour.

As soon as your final stationery is in place, you’ll be asked to officially sign the designs off for print.

Receipt of your payment & approval will then mean we can get your gorgeous stationery into production, how exciting! I send my couples stationery off individually so there’s no waiting around for specific print runs, ensuring you get your stationery as quick as possible.

If you’ve opted to receive printed proofs, these will be sent to you prior to the full batch being sent to print.

This process can take anything from 2-6 weeks depending on the print finish and embellishments. You’ll be provided with an estimated delivery date at this stage.

Before dispatching your stationery, I thoroughly check over each individual item and wrap everything up in signature PYE scented packaging. I’ll be in touch to confirm a delivery day suitable for you both.

Delivery of your stationery is usually next working day.
